Wellington

Wellington splits neatly into two kinds of work. In the villages and gated communities it's standard residential painting against an approved palette. On the equestrian properties it's barns, run-in sheds, board fencing, and tack rooms — surfaces that need coatings that survive hoses, horses, and sun.

Season matters here more than anywhere else we work. From January through April the showgrounds are busy and access is tight, so we'd rather book your exterior for the quiet months and give you a real schedule than squeeze it into the season and keep rescheduling.

Screen enclosures, pool decks, and the long paver driveways common in Wellington all get the same treatment as elsewhere: soft wash where the surface is delicate, surface cleaner where it isn't, and plants rinsed before and after.
