ARR Tinoco Multiservice is a West Palm Beach company built around a simple frustration: a homeowner who needs the outside of the house painted usually also needs the driveway washed, the windows cleaned, and the tub in the guest bath to stop looking like 1986. That is four companies, four estimates, and four schedules to coordinate. We decided to be one.
Painting is the core of the business — interior and exterior, residential and commercial, from a single stairwell to a multi-building property. Around it we do the work that keeps a property looking finished: bathtub and tile reglazing, pressure washing for driveways, pavers, roofs, and walls, and inside-and-out window cleaning with the screens and tracks actually done.
What does not change between those services is the order of operations. Surfaces get washed, repaired, and prepared before anything is applied to them. The scope goes in writing before work starts.
