Palm Beach

Nothing punishes a paint job like an oceanfront wall on Palm Beach. Salt spray and constant humidity attack coatings from the surface in and corrode the fasteners and railings underneath, so exterior work here is a prep job first and a painting job second.

We wash, treat, and seal before we coat, use products rated for marine exposure on the exposed elevations, and pay particular attention to the window surrounds and railings where failures usually start. For seasonal residents, we're happy to run the work during the off-season and send photos as it goes.

On the island we plan around delivery windows, parking, quiet hours, and whatever the property's management requires. Tell us the constraints at the walkthrough and they go into the written schedule.
