Okeechobee

Okeechobee is the far western edge of our map, so we schedule it as a block of consecutive days rather than driving out for an afternoon. That generally means a slightly longer wait for a start date and a faster finish once we're there.

The work here runs to ranch and lakeside homes, metal outbuildings, barns, and storefronts around the downtown blocks. Metal roofs and siding need a different coating system than block and stucco, and we spec them that way rather than reaching for the same bucket.

Because we're already making the trip, it's worth bundling: exterior paint, the barn, the driveway wash, and the windows on one estimate rather than spread across separate visits.
